Depot Service Technician

Pay Rate:BR/ - Bill Rate: BR/hr Position Summary: Primary duties include performing repairs at the depot and in the field at customer's sites of Temperature Control and non Thermo products (baths, circulators, re-circulators and chillers). This includes performing evaluation, repair and testing of customer equipment. Also, required to identify service resource and tooling needs while alerting management of product repair trends. The Field Technical would work with customers to determine other service opportunities Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: • 5-7 years' experience with chillers, temperature control equipment and/or refrigeration experience preferred. • Mechanically/Electrically proficient, understands basic refrigeration components, can read an electrical schematic • Brazing and soldering copper pipe skills needed • Solid troubleshooting skills • Good verbal and written communications skills • Must have a valid driver's license • Computer Savvy with word and excel • Team oriented individual, must work well in a group setting • EPA Certification
