Industrial Cleaning Technician

NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL CLEANING TECHNICIANS IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VA! Position: Industrial Cleaning Technician Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hour Shifts: 1st and 3rd Shift Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision The Lee Group is seeking dependable and motivated Industrial Cleaning Technicians to join one of our valued manufacturing clients in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you will support production operations by cleaning and maintaining essential equipment used in the printing process. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Job Responsibilities of Industrial Cleaning Technicians: Remove print tools and ink components from press equipment Drain and store inks according to established systems Clean ink pans, rollers, anilox rollers, and other press components Replace and maintain doctor blades and related equipment Handle and transport cylinders and materials safely Organize and re-file cleaned tools for future use Perform additional support duties as assigned Job Qualifications of Industrial Cleaning Technicians: High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace Positive attitude and willingness to learn Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Industrial Cleaning Technicians: Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion Exposure to dust, noise, and varying warehouse temperatures Must be comfortable working in a production environment Use of personal protective equipment as required Shift Details: 1st and 3rd shift opportunities available The Lee Group is driven by our purpose and passion - Aligning talent, Growing Businesses and Changing Lives!
