Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Key Responsibilities of the F&B Team Member:Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guestsAlways maintain a professional appearanceMaintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper, and other suppliesStock beverage carts to par levels each day of useAssures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedOperate point of sale system, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedureLearn the names of regulars and personally recognize themMonitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service.Inspects the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinksPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assignedCommunicate effectively with peers, management, line and front-of-the-house employeesEnsure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional mannerAssist in food preparation and tend bar as neededDemonstrating responsible cash-handling skillsPrepares, cooks, and serves food menu options.
