Job TitleSystems EngineerJob DescriptionAs a systems engineer you will help execute transition and delivery of large-scale platform architectures across both on-premise and cloud environments. This role directly supports mission-critical integration and test operations and requires deep expertise in modern software release and deployment ecosystems, DevSecOps practices, and secure multi-tenant system operation. Other tasks may include developing and executing configuration management plans, technical assessments of software deployment processes, participating in integration working groups, and providing systems engineering expertise to the program office.You Have:5+ years of experience in systems engineering on national security-related space programs3+ years of experience performing systems integration or software deployment processes on large-scale platform architecturesExperience performing system configuration reviews, configuration audits, or software deployment proceduresExperience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goalsAbility to be highly motivated and demonstrate a dynamic work ethic and strong desire to contribute to the DoD missionSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or PhysicsNice If You Have:Experience in acquisition, systems engineering, or test and evaluation of the ground segment of a space systemExperience leading a team for development of integration and test plans and schedules for large scale ground systemsExperience leading test and evaluation programs for space or ground systemsExperience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence toolsKnowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02TS/SCI clearanceMaster's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, CS, or Physics fieldINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP CertificationTravel: Travel may be required to sites located across the United StatesSalary Range: $96,352 - $206,189 Clearance: Secret Clearance
