Inside Sales Representative Location: 11711 Playa Ct, Houston, TX 77034About Tech-Quip Tech-Quip is a manufacturer's representative and distribution firm specializing in instrumentation, analyzers, and complementary products. We supply advanced products and solutions from leading international manufacturers to ensure quality and reliability. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Respond to inbound customer calls for sales, service, and support.Collaborate with customers to select and quote instrumentation, analyzers, parts, and other equipment.Coordinate with the Outside Sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.Assist with prospecting, mailings, and other activities to achieve sales goals.Travel to select meetings for sales and support, including customer sites, sales meetings, and product training sessions.Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.Exceptional attention to detail.Technical aptitude.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office software.Previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience is advantageous but not required.Completion of a Technology degree is advantageous but not required.
