The facility features a 38-bed cardiology department with a strong team of cardiologists and robust support systems for healthcare providers.Opportunity:Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - CardiologyJob Details:• Seeking experienced cardiology APPs with previous locums experience in inpatient capacity• Support a strong team of cardiologists in comprehensive cardiac care• Complete inpatient rounding, consults, and assist cardiologists with patient management• Handle 10-12 patient encounters per shift in a 38-bed cardiology department• Must have Cerner EMR experience - this is a critical requirement• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional weekend coverage• Multiple positions available (2-3 APPs needed) to fill open coverage needs• Must maintain active North Carolina medical license• Board certification eligible required• Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS• Credentialing timeframe 30-90 days with temporary privileges available• Immediate start date with ongoing needCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
