Other responsibilities include:Assessing Sales Floor - When not servicing customers, walk the sales floor, straighten and organize as needed.Cash Register- Operate the cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately count and provide change to customers as required.Meeting Targets - consistently balance your cash drawer at the end of every shift without any overage or shortage.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to concentrate and pay close attention to detailEye-hand coordination to sort, grasp, color coordinate, and tag.Ability to perform basic math calculationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to read and writeWilling to submit to background and drug screeningPhysical Skill Requirements:Lifting and Carrying up to 10 lbs.Pushing and pulling 4 - 6 lbs. or forceStandingRepetitive use of handsReaching overheadPushing and pullingBending and crouchingWorking Conditions:Exposure to the public-ongoing continual basisExposure to temperature fluctuations periodicallyFlexibility with scheduling changes due to store needs and sales eventsMay require overtime on occasion due to store needs
