Electronics Lab Technician

Job Description: Overseeing the Tools and Test (Ether) electronics lab Maintain test equipment, including calibrations and tracking repairs and upgrades Keep track of inventory for hardware, lab supplies, and equipment Facilitate ordering supplies and parts for hardware, lab, and equipment Take part in on-site prototype builds Generating and maintaining documentation related to test or assembly procedures. Required Skills: Assembly of proprietary simple electronic hardware and interfaces Repair of proprietary electronic hardware Testing and calibration of lab equipment Simple mechanical designs for 3D printed and laser cut designs (rapid prototyping) General organization and cleaning of lab area Organized documentation Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred. Required Years of Experience: minimum of 3+ years of direct relevant experience Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
