This role involves assisting customers in their vehicle selection process, providing in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting the customer with relevant offers or solutions. Collaboration with the sales and service teams will also be a key aspect to ensure seamless customer experiences. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skillsTechnical knowledge of automotive products, vehicle features, and specificationsExperience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship managementAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentAdaptability to diverse customer needs and dynamic work environmentsProblem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skillsProficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and vehicle-related softwareBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; background in automotive sales or a passion for off-road vehicles is a plus
