nTech Workforce has an immediate 23317 Billing AnalystTerms of EmploymentDuration: W2 Contract-to-Hire, 12-MonthsLocation: 100% RemoteOverviewWork with a leading firm in the healthcare sector as a Member Payments and Reconciliation Specialist. This role is critical to the financial integrity of the business block, ensuring that member payments are accurately posted and reconciled. You will act as a key point of contact for external vendors, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-volume data entry and posting of member payments.Conduct regular financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy within the billing system.Engage heavily with vendors via weekly meetings and calls to resolve payment issues.Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in payment files and member accounts.Participate in comprehensive training regarding general enrollment processing to understand the full business lifecycle.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in payment posting and reconciliation.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; in the absence of a degree, a total of 6 years of relevant experience is required.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong communication skills for professional vendor engagement and internal meetings.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity or background with 820 health care payment files.Experience within the healthcare insurance or enrollment industry.Benefits InformationMedical Insurance; Vision Insurance; Dental Insurance401K Retirement Plan (Discretionary Match Offered)Ancillary Coverage (Life, AD&D, Short Term / Long Term Disability)Employee Referral BonusBi-Weekly Direct DepositNote: As a contingent worker with nTech, you'll be paid for all approved hours worked; paid time off and paid holidays are not provided.nTech is an equal opportunity employer.
