Job Responsibilities: As a LPN or RN, you will: ????Deliver Compassionate CareGather data, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of residents.????Document Accurately Chart observations and nursing interventions clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.???????Lead CNAsAssign CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels to ensure consistent care.????Manage Care Loads Maintain a specified level of care for a caseload of 14 to 65 residents, depending on assignment. Qualifications: ? Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.? Valid State of Wisconsin (or equivalent) LPN license or RN license.?
