*Job Summary* We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our establishment, patrons, and staff. *Responsibilities* - Monitor patrons' behavior for signs of intoxication or unruly conduct - Enforce venue policies and regulations to maintain order and safety - Check identification to verify legal age requirements for alcohol consumption - Escort disruptive individuals out of the premises when necessary - Respond promptly to any incidents or altercations - Collaborate with local law enforcement if needed *Experience* - Prior experience in a security-related role preferred - Knowledge of conflict management techniques - Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems - First aid and CPR certification is a plus - Background in law enforcement or loss prevention is advantageous - Possession of relevant certificates or training in security operations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Vision insurance Schedule: 12 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift After school Evening shift Holidays Night shift On call Overnight shift Weekends as needed Weekends only People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Surveillance: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Guard Card (Required) Ability to Commute: Philadelphia, PA (Required) Ability to Relocate: Philadelphia, PA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
