Job Description Description:We are looking for Automotive Service Porters to join our busy and growing dealership! We are seeking a reliable individual preferably with automotive dealership experience to join and grow with our team!Service Porters are responsible for greeting customers and begin the process of getting the vehicles ready for service.Requirements:Service Porter Responsibilities:Move vehicles to and from service shop and run the car through a car washInstall plastic lining on seats and steering wheel before service is performedResponsible for running shuttle serviceAssist in the daily operation of the parking facilityGreet arriving and departing guestsEnsure security of cars in showroom and lot managementPromote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issuesEnsure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelinesReports all accidents and incidents to supervisor immediatelyMaintain integrity and appearance of lotAny and all other duties as assigned by service department.Service Porter Qualifications:Prior porter, lot attendant, or valet experienceMust be 18 years or older to applyReliable and strong work ethicAbility to follow instructionsPositive attitudeValid driver’s license
