OverviewThe ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications. They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.ResponsibilitiesC# - Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP), .NET framework, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code.Oracle & SQL - Expertise in PL/SQL, query optimization, and writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and database normalization for structured data management.MVC Framework - Ability to implement MVC architecture, routing, and security best practices to streamline development workflows.Windows & Web Services - Experience with Windows application development, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms for secure system integrations.SSIS & SSRS - Deep understanding of ETL processes, data transformations, performance tuning in SSIS, and designing, deploying, and integrating reports in SSRS for efficient data reporting.Experience with Large-Scale Systems - Practical knowledge of modernizing and integrating multiple applications, supporting county-wide permitting and review processes, and migrating legacy systems (PEN, MS Access, Mainframe) into modern platforms.Project & Process Automation - Ability to work with automated workflows, develop customer-facing applications, and implement online submission, tracking, invoicing, payments, and ECM integration for enhanced operational efficiency.Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills - Attention to detail, proficiency in written/verbal communication, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including county analysts and vendors.QualificationsMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Prior work in government agencies or organizations managing large-scale data migrations and system integrations preferred.J-18808-Ljbffr
