Manager, Partner & Ecosystem Growth Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Partner & Ecosystem Growth Marketing is responsible for driving demand, brand awareness, and revenue growth through the partner ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, M&E contractors and system integrators. Focus on executing go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, developing partner-focused marketing programs and initiatives that help channel partners promote Vertiv's critical infrastructure solutions. This team bridges the gap between marketing and channel sales-enabling partners to effectively sell Vertiv solutions while driving measurable pipeline growth and market expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute Channel Strategy: Support the development and lead the execution of the Ecosystem marketing plans, focusing on improving reach, engagement, and conversion for one segment - Distributors, Resellers or Mechanical & Electrical Contractors
Partner Facing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through Partners.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance using data and analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Regional Event Coordination and Support: Procure booth materials - signage, speaking session, content, social promotion, displays, promotional items, booth staff. Onsite management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, Channel sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with Vertiv's goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or closely related field.
5-8 Years' Experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner management-preferably in IT, data center, or infrastructure industries.
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems (distributors, resellers, system integrators). Familiarity with data center, power, cooling, or critical infrastructure solutions is preferred.
Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships and influence stakeholders across a channel network.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to travel as needed.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Sitting, Standing, Lifting (50lbs).
Standard office environment in addition to tradeshow floor.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
20-30% travel based on Partner and Organization needs.
