What you'll have1-3 years of relevant experience or applicable training in customer support or a related field.A solid understanding of customer service principles and the ability to apply skills to address a wide range of inquiries.Engaged by troubleshooting issues related to technology, along with an understanding of common applications and systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with customers.Not being afraid to speak up when uncertain.What we offer A competitive compensation package, of course.
