This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.In this role, you'll provide day-to-day technical support, assist with maintaining IT systems, and help ensure our dealership operations run smoothly.Around here, we don't overcomplicate things-fix the problem, help the person, and keep the business moving.Some travel may be required.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for IT support requests (phone, email, ticketing system)Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesSet up, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesPerform routine maintenance, updates, and system patchingAssist with system imaging and workstation deploymentsSupport printers, phones, and dealership-specific systemsMaintain antivirus and endpoint security toolsTrack and manage IT inventory and equipmentDocument issues, resolutions, and internal processesProvide excellent customer service to dealership staffPreferred ExperienceExperience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:Dealership systems (CDK, Cox Automotive platforms)Microsoft technologies (Entra ID / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune)Virtualization (XenServer / XCP-ng)Networking (Ubiquiti UniFi or similar)Communication systems (3CX, VoIP)Endpoint management (Windows 10/11, Apple devices, Mosyle)Qualifications0-2 years of IT support or help desk experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganized, dependable, and team-orientedWillingness to learn and grow in an IT careerWhat We ValueDo the right thing, even when no one's watchingTake care of the customer - internal and externalBe reliable - your team counts on youStay "green" and keep growing - always be learningNo shortcuts - do it right the first timeBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffEmployee DiscountsTraining and Career Development ProgramsWellness ProgramMullinax Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.No phone calls, please.
