Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the federal benefits assessment process. In this role, you will conduct structured, in-person medical assessments and review supporting documentation to ensure fair, accurate, and timely evaluations.

The role focuses exclusively on assessment and documentation — there are no treatment, diagnosis, or prescribing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive, in-person disability evaluations for Veterans.
Review and interpret medical records using a secure electronic system.
Document findings clearly and accurately in standardized report formats.
Provide objective, evidence-based medical opinions based on examination results.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and respect in every Veteran interaction.
Note: Final disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Strong proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and online documentation systems.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
