Master Scheduler Manager – Aerospace ManufacturingJob Location: Columbus, MSFull-Time | Direct HireSalary: $115K–$120K Base Salary + Bonus + Full BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler Manager to support a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing operation in Columbus, MS. This role is responsible for driving production schedules, optimizing manufacturing flow, and ensuring on-time delivery across machining and assembly operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS)Create detailed production schedules and work center plansCoordinate workflow across machining, fabrication, and assembly operationsAnalyze capacity, labor, tooling, and production requirementsExpedite production activities and resolve scheduling bottlenecksWork closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teamsSupport ERP scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor schedule performance and communicate production status to leadershipHands-on involvement with shop floor manufacturing operationsQualifications7+ years of production scheduling experience in manufacturing5+ years in Master Scheduling or similar leadership roleAerospace or defense manufacturing experience preferredStrong ERP scheduling experience in a machining environmentKnowledge of capacity planning, lean manufacturing, and production controlAbility to read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentationStrong Excel, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree preferredMust be a U.S. Person per ITAR requirementsWhy Join Us?$115K–$120K base salary plus bonusFull benefits packageHigh-impact leadership opportunityFast-paced aerospace & defense manufacturing environmentStrong long-term career growth potentialApply now or message directly for more information.
