Associate eLearning Developer

To support the dynamic eLearning Production team, the full-time Associate eLearning Developer will design, produce, and maintain high-quality eLearning courses and related content remotely, utilizing various design tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Utilize design software to sync audio with visuals, edit course content, and publish eLearning materials Manage the Request for Files queue and coordinate audio production activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials Conduct quality assurance testing and communicate issues, proposing solutions to improve processes and outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint Strong aptitude for quickly learning new software and tools Exceptional organizational and project management skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
