A strong understanding of federal and state employment laws. Experience with the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration and offboarding. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for building positive employee relations.What You'll Do: Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top blue-collar talent. Conduct applicant screenings, interviews, and coordinate the hiring process. Onboard new hires and ensure they have the resources to succeed. Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with all regulations.
