The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fragrance sales, brand management, event management and people management. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of driving brand awareness and sales growth in the beauty or fragrance industry.Reporting to the National Sales Director-North America, this position will play an integral role in supporting and delivering company values and goals daily. The manager will effectively leverage experience, knowledge, and skills to encourage innovative thinking and set challenging team goals and objectives balancing brand, company, and team needs.The job is on sight in a department store.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Develop and execute comprehensive eventing strategies to promote our brand throughout the store.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and store management, to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives.• Oversee scheduling and oversight of team of specialists and freelancers.• Oversee the planning and execution of in store fragrance launches, events, and everyday business to achieve and exceed sales plan.• Monitor and analyze sales data and understand beauty trend throughout home location and market.• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and financial performance.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 5+ years of experience in sales and team leadership, with a focus on fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods.• High luxury client service skills.• High attention to detail and proactive response to tasks and deadlines.• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing event strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.• Creative thinker with a passion for fragrance and people.• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.• Experience working with retail partners and managing relationships with key stakeholders.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.Our group is an equal opportunity employer with a diverse, globally distributed workforce.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, age or any other characteristic protected by law and our values.
