Position Summary This position is responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen, and food preparation equipment by following all sanitary and health-related protocols. Essential Functions Operates the dishwasherMaintains clean kitchen work areas and food preparation areasPlaces clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areasStores supplies or goods in storage areasEmpties and cleans all trash receptaclesSweeps and cleans floorsStocks kitchen suppliesLoads or unloads trucks that delivers or picks up food/suppliesProvides assistance to prep cook and other staff members as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentExcellent time management skillsPrevious kitchen experience preferredAbility to operate industrial machinery and carry goods up to 50 lbsNote: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
