Project Manager
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the President and take full ownership of projects across multiple disciplines. You won't just "manage" tasks; you will be instrumental in designing and developing company goals and interfacing directly with clients to define technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Execute: Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget from inception to final delivery.
Bridge the Gap: Coordinate the interface between engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless fabrication and testing.
Client Advocacy: Interface directly with clients to define technical requirements and provide progress briefings.
Growth Support: Participate in the sales process to help secure new work and identify follow-on opportunities.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have at least 3 years of project management experience, specifically with mechanical systems, structures, or construction.
Technically Grounded: You hold a B.S. in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Natural Leader: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are humble, caring, and always ready to help.
Resourceful: You thrive in manufacturing environments involving fabrication and assembly.
Self-Driven: You enjoy working independently with infrequent supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
Ability to work across diverse engineering disciplines.
