Senior Account ExecutiveSalary Range $93,000.00 - $122,000.00 Salary/yearThis position is on a base annual salary + commission plan. Based in Seattle, with locations in NYC and Maryland, we help companies deliver their brand worldwide through creative, print, and fulfillment services.About The RoleThe Senior Account Executive position aggressively grows sales, promotes the DCG ONE brand, acts as a DCG ONE business representative for the print production channel, manages accounts, and provides customer service to DCG ONE clientele.BenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionLife/AD&D Insurance401(k) with matchingAccident InsuranceFSA, HSA9 Paid HolidaysMonthly Cookie Days and more!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.Stay aware of the current market and industry.Keep Sales informed of any issues (missed deliveries, customer complaints/concerns, vendor issues, etc.)Ensure product offering and positioning are consistent with DCG ONE brand proposition.Meets budget requirements and communicates any variances.Utilize project tracking software and ensure information is relevant and current.Work with new customer program implementation team to ensure all deliverables are met according to customer specifications and needs.Make sales contacts, research customer needs, and develop applications of products and services.Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales.Participate in the development of new products, modification of existing products, and termination of ineffective products.Manage technical aspects of committees and working groups.Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of experience in outside sales.Degree in Sales or equivalent experience.Technical Knowledge of manufacturing and printing practices.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Experience conducting sales skills training.Proven Leadership skills and success in a sales territory.Familiarity with CRM systems.Proposal writing skills are a plus.Ability to use own vehicle for sales calls.Essential AbilitiesResults DrivenCustomer/Client FocusCommunication ProficiencyProblem Solving/AnalysisInitiativeCollaborationPresentation SkillsPhysical RequirementsProlonged sitting and extensive data entry and typingMinimal lifting of office equipment and suppliesMay be required to frequently lift up to 20 lbsHand dexterity and strengthFlexibility in work hours may be requiredWork EnvironmentThis position is predominantly held in a clerical environment, but will also need to work on the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
