Discover our world at www.freudenberg-pm.com.Responsibilities Lead the electrical team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsProvide technical justification and support project managers in executing equipment upgradesSupport a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA cycles to engineering changes and effectively communicating status to stakeholdersParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operationsEnsure electrical safety requirements are properly defined and implemented, including risk assessments, performance levels, and PPE selectionDevelop detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and/or InventorQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or production environmentProficient in AutoCAD and PLC programming/troubleshootingWorking knowledge of industrial automation systems and coordinated machineryExperience with analog controls preferredFamiliarity with control voltages, including 24V, 120V, 480V, and 4160VThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
