Assisting in the development of business cases for digital transformation projects, the full-time Capital Market Workforce Team Member will leverage expertise in buy-side asset management operations and user experience design while collaborating with diverse business and technology teams in the United States. Key responsibilitiesDevelop business cases for new digital transformation initiatives Analyze and design key user journeys and assist during implementation Collaborate with business users to set clear objectives and timelines for digital strategiesRequired qualificationsThorough understanding of buy-side asset management operations Experience with Middle Office cash reporting and Eagle Accounting Hands-on experience in data mapping and defining user experience/interface design Knowledge of regulatory compliance policies in the asset management sector Familiarity with Java/JEE/Spring, Tomcat, and SQL scripting
