Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities & Office Services Associate to support daily operations across office services, facilities maintenance, mail distribution, and meeting/event support. This individual will ensure seamless transitions during interoffice moves, maintain cleanliness and supply standards, and execute essential printing, mailroom, and maintenance tasks with professionalism and precision.Pay Range:$23-$25/hrKey Responsibilities:Office Moves & Meeting SetupsExecute internal office moves, including furniture relocations.Set up and break down meetings with attention to detail and space optimization.Facilities Support & MaintenanceAssist with general maintenance tasks, including sheet rocking, plastering, light carpentry, and light fixture replacement.Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with building maintenance standards.Sanitization & Supply ReplenishmentMaintain cleanliness in designated areas.Replenish supplies as needed and ensure accurate signage placement.Address and resolve cleaning or maintenance needs promptly.Mailroom OperationsSort and distribute interoffice mail accurately and efficiently.Perform scheduled internal mail runs and operate postage equipment for outgoing mail processing.Prepare certified and registered mail and collect outgoing mail from designated zones.Meeting Room OversightMonitor meeting rooms and ensure punctual arrival and readiness for all participants.Print & Reprographics ServicesPerform printing tasks, including copying, binding, stapling, hole punching, and quality control.Maintain copier equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.Fulfill CD/DVD duplication requests for clients and imaging projects.Required Skills & Qualifications:Ability to lift 50+ pounds.Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional demeanor with corporate polish and customer service mindset.Preferred Experience:Prior experience in facilities, office services, or mailroom environments.Basic understanding of general maintenance and reprographics operations.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, disability, or military status.The compensation outlined reflects expectations for candidates who fully meet the role’s qualifications in terms of education and experience.
