Browse All ServicesRequest A Free Site SurveyInstall, terminate and test Cat6/Cat6A and fiber infrastructure for enterprise clients — clean pathways, proper support and BICSI-quality workmanship on every job.What you'll do Pull, terminate and dress Cat6/Cat6A copper cabling to TIA-568 standards Install J-hooks, ladder rack, cable tray and firestopping per plan Terminate patch panels, jacks, racks and vertical/horizontal wire management Test with Fluke DSX certifiers and generate close-out documentation Read blueprints, RFIs and submittals; coordinate with GC and other tradesWhat we're looking for 2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience Own basic hand tools; comfortable on lifts, ladders and in ceilings Clean driving record, background check, drug screen BICSI Installer 1 or 2 a plus (paid training available)Splice, terminate and test single-mode and multi-mode fiber for data centers, campuses and carrier hand-offs across Northern California.What you'll do Fusion splice SM/MM fiber; terminate LC/SC/MPO connectors OTDR trace, insertion loss and end-face inspection testing Install fiber trays, panels and cassettes; label and document all ports Support MDF/IDF buildouts and carrier demarc extensionsWhat we're looking for 3+ years of fiber splicing and testing experience Proficient with Fujikura/Sumitomo splicers and OTDR platforms Familiar with data-center MPO/MTP infrastructure BICSI Fiber (TECH) or manufacturer certification preferredOwn delivery of enterprise structured cabling, DAS and low-voltage projects end-to-end — from kickoff to punch — for AEC, healthcare and stadium clients.What you'll do Manage schedule, budget, submittals, RFIs, change orders and closeouts Coordinate crews, subcontractors, GC and end-user IT stakeholders Enforce safety, quality and BICSI standards on every jobsite Own client relationship from award through warranty periodWhat we're looking for 5+ years managing commercial low-voltage or structured cabling projects Comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and RFI workflows PMP, BICSI RCDD or equivalent a plus Willingness to travel to jobsites across CaliforniaTake off plans, price materials and labor, and produce winning proposals for commercial cabling, fiber and DAS projects.What you'll do Perform on-screen takeoffs (Bluebeam / PlanSwift) and produce SOWs Source materials from CommScope, Panduit, Leviton, Corning, etc. Assemble bid packages, submittals and value-engineering options Support PMs during pre-construction and buyoutWhat we're looking for 3+ years estimating structured cabling or low-voltage systems Strong Excel; experience with McCormick / Accubid a plus BICSI knowledge and ability to read architectural/MEP plansRun the crew on-site. Set the pace, own the quality, keep the client and the GC happy. Report to the PM.What you'll do Direct 2–8 techs on daily install activities Layout, labeling standards and QC of terminations and testing Daily reports, safety toolbox talks, jobsite housekeeping Order material, coordinate deliveries, manage tool inventoryWhat we're looking for 5+ years cabling experience with 1+ year leading a crew BICSI Installer 2 / Tech, OSHA 30 Strong communication and client-facing presenceStart your career in low-voltage.
