Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for an Outside Sales Account Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, developing client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves prospecting and generating leads through various channels, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Presentations and delivering high-impact pitches to prospective clients.Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation to target opportunities and grow the business.Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional service experiences for clients.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to travel locally and work on-site with clients in the Phoenix, AZ area.Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in the janitorial or service industry, is a plus.Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is preferred.
