A company is looking for a Director of Asset Management. Key Responsibilities Support operational network efficiency by defining and scaling new methodologies Lead optimization of triage and resolution processes through automation and actionable messaging Oversee escalation and resolution strategies to minimize downtime and improve reliability Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience Experience in developing, maintaining, or troubleshooting EVSE equipment Knowledge of Ethernet network access and IP-based routing concepts Experience working with vendors for routing equipment procurement and configuration Hands-on systems development experience, particularly with Linux and MySQL
