This contract opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on lingerie/intimates experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.You'll play a key role in designing a commercially successful product from concept through production, working alongside cross-functional teams to bring collections to life. If you're passionate about fit, construction, and creating products that resonate with customers, this is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact.What You'll DoDesign commercially viable lingerie collections aligned to seasonal directionCreate sketches, tech packs, and detailed product specificationsAttend fittings and refine designs based on feedbackPartner with product development, merchandising, and vendorsMaintain accurate product data in PLM systemsConduct trend and competitor researchSupport presentations and special design projectsWhat You'll Bring3+ years of fashion design experience (lingerie/intimates required)Strong understanding of fit, fabric, and constructionProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignExperience creating tech packs and working with PLM systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentNice to HaveHand sketching abilityStrong fashion history knowledgeExperience in high-volume retail environmentsWhy ApplyWork on iconic global lingerie brandBe part of a high-impact, trend-driven design teamOpportunity to influence products seen by millionsExposure to full design-to-production lifecyclePotential for contract extension based on performanceThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.24 to $41.38/hr.
