Trade Show & Science event planning and coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a biotech Trade Show Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and on-site
representation at cell and gene therapy, cell therapy, and life science trade shows in the
U.S. and internationally.This role combines event planning, scientific marketing, and
business development support, working closely with leadership and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Show Planning & Execution
Plan and coordinate participation in cell & gene therapy trade shows (e.g., ISCT,
ASGCT, BIO, ESGCT)
Manage booth logistics, shipping, exhibitor manuals, and timelines
Coordinate marketing materials (brochures, posters, samples, giveaways)
Communicate with show organizers, vendors, and partners
On-Site Trade Show Support
Attend trade shows in person to represent the company
Engage with visitors from biotech, CDMO, CRO, and research organizations
Collect leads and document technical or business inquiries
Support scientific discussions (with training provided)
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biology, or related field
Experience attending or supporting biotech or life science conferences
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable interacting with scientists and business professionals
Prior trade show or scientific conference experience
Willingness to travel (U.S. and occasional international)

Pay: $25.64 - $30.88 per hour
