A thriving multi-specialty group of 110 physicians across 20 specialties just two hours south of San Francisco in Monterey, CA is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician. Join a large team of 25 other primary care physicians who practice in modern, state-of-the-art clinical space with a patient-centered medical home model. The practice needs to add another physician to help meet surging patient demand due to the growing community. The Position Position consists of 4.5 days seeing patients with a protected 0.5 days of administrative time. $334,000 - $360,000 Base Salary Range with upside via wRVU production incentives. 16-18 patients per day | 40 minutes for each new visit and 20 minutes for each follow-up.
