This role is responsible for managing shipping/receiving operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing technical configuration of hardware prior to deployment. The ideal candidate combines logistics experience with hands-on technical skills in scripting and system configuration.This role is Full-Time, onsite 5 days a week at our Mesa, Arizona location. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & ReceivingProcess incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficientlyInspect received equipment for accuracy and damagePrepare, package, and ship hardware according to company standardsCoordinate with vendors and carriers for timely deliveriesMaintain shipping documentation and tracking recordsInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory counts and asset tracking recordsPerform routine cycle counts and full inventory auditsUpdate inventory systems with serialized equipment and asset detailsOrganize and maintain warehouse and staging areasMonitor inventory levels and report restocking needsTechnical Configuration & ScriptingConfigure network and endpoint devices prior to shipment (routers, switches, firewalls, PCs, etc.)Deploy standard configuration templates and firmware updatesDevelop, modify, and execute configuration scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python, or vendor CLI scripting)Validate configurations through testing and quality assurance checksTroubleshoot basic hardware and configuration issuesMaintain documentation for configuration standards and processesQualifications2+ years of experience in shipping, inventory, or warehouse operationsExperience with hardware staging and device configurationWorking knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar)Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, routing concepts)Experience with asset management or inventory tracking systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsPreferred QualificationsExperience configuring network equipment (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, etc.)Familiarity with automation tools or configuration management systemsCompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certificationExperience in an MSP or IT deployment environmentWhy you'll love life at Command|LinkJoin us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region.
