TEAM LEADER
Job SummaryThe Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating a selling behavior, flourishing in a proactive work environment and promoting a positive work culture.
Essential FunctionsAssist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed.
Support business operations, policies and procedures.
Perform sales and stock duties (receiving and feeding merchandise to the sales floor).
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure the proper processes and displays of merchandise and visual impact of the store.
Oversee all methods of loss prevention in the store of which includes monitoring all aspects of the store to prevent theft of company assets.
Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining company standards for store control for sales, staffing, and merchandising.
Assist with the development of new sales as associates as well as other staff.
Ability to complete banking.
Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education equivalent required. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Environment & Physical DemandsConstant walking and standing; frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, pushing, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
