Job Title: Capital Market Business AnalystDuration: Full Time RoleLocation: Chicago, IL (Onsite)Salary: $120-130KJob Description:In-depth domain knowledge of US Capital MarketsProficient in different asset classes (Listed equities, fixed income, physical securities, derivatives etc.) in US markets.Experience and Subject Matter Expertise of the key processing requirements aroundCCP processing for nettling, clearance, novation and obligationsEquity clearing and Listed Options clearingAllocation and contract note generationsConfirmation /Affirmation processOMGEO CTM / OASYS processingNet obligation PaymentOCC collateral pledging and Repo processing capabilitiesDTC/FED SettlementsExperience in International settlement capabilities via CCP and others, including Multi-Currency asset keeping and associated processingUnderstanding of market nuances to enable Identification and documentation and mapping of High-level requirements around market requirements for US market functionalitiesLead the due diligence client workshop discussions from a market practice and operational requirements perspectiveDefine, maintain, and track to completion the enhancements to existing process as well as gaps with reference to US market practiceSolution approach review and approval of the approach meeting the market requirements as per market requirements.Good communication skills and willingness to travelStrong analytical and problem solving capabilityAbility to translate regulations and market rules into system logicExcellent stakeholder communication (business & technical)
