Quality Technician

Now Hiring: Quality Inspector – Incoming Materials | Medical DevicesWe’re seeking an experienced Receiving Inspector to join a CMO and ensure the quality and compliance of incoming materials for high-performance medical devices. This role is critical to confirming product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, while managing material flow through the inspection process.Key Responsibilities:Inspect mechanical and electrical components using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and vision systems (Keyence, OGP, Micro-Vu).Perform visual inspections and interpret engineering drawings to determine inspection methods.Document inspection results, inventory movement, and non-conformances in electronic systems.Manage material flow using FIFO and prioritize based on urgency.Collaborate with project and inspection teams to communicate findings effectively.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.3+ years of experience in quality inspection, including incoming inspection.Proficient with inspection tools and reading technical drawings.Familiar with quality management systems (QMS).Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred:Experience with medical device components and GD&T knowledge.
