As we continue to grow our Baltimore presence, we're adding a Recruiter who's ready to own their desk and make an immediate impact.About the RoleAs a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in supporting both job seekers and clients across multiple industries. This is a hands‐on, full‐cycle recruiting position where your ability to assess talent quickly, communicate clearly, and manage priorities will directly influence business outcomes.If you enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment, building relationships, and seeing the tangible results of your work, this role offers visibility, accountability, and room to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, interview, and place candidates across multiple job functions while maintaining an active pipeline of qualified talentConduct talent calls, interviews, interview preparation, onboarding, and orientationsComplete all required pre‐employment processes, including applications, background checks, drug screens, I‐9s, W‐4s, and related documentationManage temporary associates on assignment, including performance coaching, attendance issues, and terminations when necessaryPartner closely with clients by marketing candidates, providing updates on recruiting activity, and visiting job sites to fully understand client needsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the company's ATS/CRM and assist with payroll, pay rates, and assignment updatesWhat We're Looking ForRecruiting or staffing experience preferred; experience in sales or service‐oriented roles strongly valuedBackground working in a performance‐driven environment with goals, metrics, or KPIsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quicklyComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‐changing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word; experience with an ATS or CRM is a plusWhy Join Us?Our recruiters are trusted to manage their business, supported by leadership, and empowered to grow.
