Cable Puller (Ashburn)

JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities· Pull, route, and manage cables through cable baskets, conduits, and pathways between data center rooms· Push cables through conduits while teammates pull from adjacent rooms· Work extensively in aerial lifts (approximately 10–15 feet in the air)· Follow basic cable management best practices, including cable handling do's and don'ts· Communicate effectively with team members and site leadership Adhere to all safety and site-specific proceduresREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMust Haves:· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (mandatory)· Reliable transportation to and from job sites· Working cellphone for daily communication· Willingness and ability to work in elevated environments (10-15 feet in the air)Strong reliability and willingness to learnEquipment:- Hard hat with chin strap (sold at lowes or home depot)- Work boots (must go above the ankle, nothing low cut)- Level 4 cut gloves (or any work gloves)- Any protective glasses- Work vestNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE· Prior experience on construction job sites (all stars will have done this at a data center already)· Experience with cable pulling or low-voltage workOSHA 10 Certification (must provide a physical certificate if applicable) or willingness to get their OSHA 10
