Plant Manager

Core Requirements:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing plantFamiliar with injection molding/plastics manufacturingPreferred Requirements:Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodsThis individual will direct daily production, strive to continuously improve quality and efficiency, and ensure a safety-focused production environment.
