We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our Enclosed Storage and Healthcare Cart product lines, bringing fresh vision to products used every day in clinical and industrial settings. In this role, you'll own strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-visibility solutions that make our customers more organized, efficient, and productive. This is a career role for an individual interested in Product Management and a key position within the Corporation.
Primary Responsibilities
Sets Vision for products through collaboration with Corporate Leadership
Establishes strategies in alignment with product category to achieve product vision
Develops plans to execute product strategies
Develops product roadmap
Drives product innovation within the product offering
Develops new product development through the Corporate Stage Gate Process
Manages Product Lines Assigned
Becomes a Product Expert
Sets pricing for assigned product lines
Executes product lifecycle planning activity for assigned product lines (NPD thru EOL)
Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management on product marketing and promotion efforts
Trains Sales, Channel, and End Users on Product Lines Assigned
Attends Trade Shows, Represents Products Assigned, and Supports Trade Show Strategy
Gathers Data and Conducts Product Line Analysis (Sales, Profits, Usage, Market, Customer)
Gathers market data and conducts market analysis
Gathers and analyses competitive information and data
Collaborates on product quoting setting
Responsible for Achievement of Product Line Profit, Quality, and availability goals
Supports Customer Service, Sales, and Customers with Product and Application Knowledge
Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functional area of department.
Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remains alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Reports actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action.
