We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What You'll Do (Basic Duties):Work closely with design, analysis, & quality teams (Archer & supplier) to coordinate and provide solutions to complex problemsAssist quality team with RCCA and CAPAUnderstand and operate to both Archer and supplier process specifications and process limitationsAuthor repair instructions and dispositions for non-conforming components & assembliesSupport supplier process development, travel to supplier(s)Encourage collaboration and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders, bridging gap between manufacturing, quality, and designWhat You Need:6+ years of experience in aerospace engineering (design, mfg eng. tooling design, etc), composite and metallic experience preferredMRB experience with composite and metallic structuresProficiency in 3D CAD Software (NX preferred)Experience using Fibersim or Composite WorkbenchPractical application of GD&T and real life execution of inspection processesBachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)Bonus Qualifications:Experience with various composite inspection techniques, M&P standards and test equipmentDriven to solve complex problems and implement simple solutionsPassion for aviation and eVTOLsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $172,800- $216,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
