We’re seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to own and evolve a guest account ecosystem across web and pre-/post-booking digital experiences. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role at the intersection of guest experience, data infrastructure, and business operations.You’ll transform the account platform into a connected, data-rich foundation that powers personalized experiences and supports key business functions like marketing, CRM, call center operations, and finance.What You’ll DoProduct Ownership & StrategyOwn the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for guest account managementDeliver features across authentication, profiles, booking history, payments, and preferencesEnsure a seamless experience across the full guest lifecycleData & Business IntelligenceConnect account data to the broader business ecosystemPartner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality, actionable dataCollaborate with engineering to maintain clean, reliable data pipelinesCross-Functional LeadershipAct as the product liaison across Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, IT, and FinanceWork closely with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiencesDrive alignment on requirements, priorities, and executionExecution & DeliveryLead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iterationPartner with engineering on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QADefine KPIs and report on platform performance and engagementAnalytics & InsightsMonitor guest behavior, feature adoption, and data qualityBuild dashboards and reporting frameworks for stakeholders and leadershipWhat You BringRequiredBachelor’s degree in a related field5+ years in digital product management, especially with customer account or identity platformsStrong understanding of data flow between front-end platforms and backend systems (CRM, marketing, finance)Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teamsDeep knowledge of Agile methodologiesStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferredExperience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerceFamiliarity with SSO, OAuth, and identity systemsExperience with data governance or customer data platforms (CDPs)Tools: Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics/Target, Power BICRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platformsIf you’re interested in building scalable digital platforms, leveraging customer data, and driving measurable business impact, we encourage you to apply or reach out for more information.Salary: The salary range for this position is $165,000-$185,000Benefits: This position includes medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
