Lead Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary: Lead Mechanical Engineer responsible for managing mechanical design delivery across projects, leading teams, ensuring technical quality, and maintaining client and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design strategy and project delivery. Manage and supervise mechanical engineering teams. Ensure design compliance with international standards and statutory regulations. Oversee coordination across all disciplines. Review and approve technical deliverables. Interface with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders. Support commercial awareness and resource planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s is a plus). strong experience in Gulf projects is mandatory Minimum 13 years of mechanical building design experience. Strong leadership and project management skills. Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and design software. Professional membership (CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent) is preferred.
