Senior Data Engineer - Azure & Databricks (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Azure and Databricks to help design, build, and scale a modern cloud data platform. You will play a key role in establishing a high-performing engineering foundation that supports analytics, operational reporting, and future AI/ML initiatives across a complex global organisation.This is a hands-on, engineering-focused role, with an emphasis on developing robust data pipelines, modelling data using Lakehouse and Medallion architectures, and ensuring the platform is secure, well-governed, and production-ready.Responsibilities include:Building and optimising data pipelines using Databricks, Delta Lake, DLT, and SynapseDeveloping ingestion and transformation workflows across APIs, databases, and SaaS platformsImplementing data quality, governance, and performance best practicesEnabling analytics and AI/ML teams with trusted, well-structured dataContributing to CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and platform standardsMentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience required:5+ years' experience in cloud data engineeringStrong expertise in Azure and DatabricksAdvanced Python and SQL skillsExperience with Lakehouse architecture, CI/CD, and data governanceThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering culture, where you will help shape and scale a modern, cloud-first data and AI platform.This role is remote, however candidates must be based in Poland.#J-18808-Ljbffr
