Customer Service Representative

Hiring Location: south bay Job title: Customer service representative Job type: full time Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Pay Scale: $20.00 – $22.00 Per hour Responsibility & Qualifications: Managing incoming calls, emails, invoices and customer inquiries Updating internal database status reports At least one year experience in customer service position Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Must be organized, detail oriented, team player, problem solving abilities Experience using EDI software and ERP/CRM system preferred, will train.
