As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships.To put it simply, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of student recruitment, outreach, and application campaigns. This position will focus on managing systems and processes that ensure a seamless experience for prospective families-ranging from interest form collection to application tracking. The Coordinator will also help operationalize community engagement plans and support cross-functional collaboration to reach enrollment goals, especially for new and under-enrolled campuses.THE ROLEWhen you join the YES Prep team, some of the work and responsibilities will include:Student Application Campaigns & CRM OperationsSupporting the execution of student application campaigns, including email and text outreach, canvassing, tabling, phone campaigns, and interest form collection;Partnering with campus teams and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and family-friendly application communications;Maintaining and update application pipelines, forms, and workflows in platforms like SchoolMint and HubSpot;Tracking and reporting campaign performance data to inform strategy adjustments and ensure targets are being met.Data Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementAssisting in pulling and analyzing data related to student applications, conversion rates, and campaign ROI;Identifying trends and gaps in applicant pipelines and help the Director of Student Application Strategy build targeted strategies to address them;Maintaining dashboards and trackers that support school-level and systemwide application visibility.School-Level Strategy SupportCoordinating application support for campuses not meeting enrollment targets by executing tailored outreach and conversion efforts;Working closely with the Family Engagement and Advocacy team to support early-entry efforts and generate interest forms in emerging markets;Ensuring schools have access to the tools, training, and data they need to execute effective recruitment efforts.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborating with Communications, Community Engagement, School Operations, and Enrollment Data teams to align messaging, outreach efforts, and tools;Serving as a connector between regional strategy and school-based needs to ensure implementation fidelity and community responsiveness;Providing support to regional events and community partnerships that boost family interest and drive student applications.Additional duties as assigned.THE PERSONWe seek staff with a multitude of backgrounds, talents, interests, and ideas.
