Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVOR Job Details: - Work 3x12 hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM - On-call requirement: 1 weekend 24-hour call per month (Saturday or Sunday) - Possible holiday coverage required - 2 years of experience required - Must be able to circulate all services including: CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Bariatric - Scrubbing Cardiac/Vascular cases highly preferred - First-time travelers not accepted - Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA) - Radiation badge required (provided by agency) - Patient ratio: 1:1 - 36 hours of orientation required - Adult patient population - 28 visits per day in 10 operating rooms - EPIC charting system - Must have South Carolina RN license or proof of application - Skills required: CVOR, CABG, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, TAVR, Aortic Aneurysm repair - Hurricane season emergency response team assignment possible (June-November) - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Facility: This Level I Trauma Center is a 820-bed teaching facility with Magnet Hospital designation.
