About us MedEvac Ambulance, a structured professional EMS service is seeking professional EMT's to join our Lawrence County Operational Facilities. Responsibilities - Provide emergency medical care to patients in various settings, including ambulances, homes, and public places. - Perform patient assessments to determine the severity of injuries or illnesses. - Administer basic life support and critical care interventions as needed. - Transport patients safely to medical facilities, adhering to protocols and regulations. - Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and emergency response teams. - Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergency situations. MedEvac Ambulance operates a fleet of late model ambulances with state-of-the-art medical equipment including power lift / power load systems, offers a competitive and aggressive wage and benefit package, up to 236 hours of paid time off, employee uniform allowance, and several flexible 12 hour shift scheduling options to fit most individual needs. Minimum Requirements: Valid drivers license 21 Years of age or older with acceptable driving record. Current Pennsylvania Department Of Health EMT certification. Current CPR certification. Pennsylvania EMSVO endorsement. Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening Ability to obtain PA Child Abuse Clearance (required with-in 30 days of hire date) Ability to obtain PA State Police Background Clearance (required with-in 30 days of hire date) Ability to obtain Federal FBI Clearance (required with-in 30 days from hire date) A complete and detailed job description will be provided at the time of interview.
